"Clean, great staff, food good, nice family location, quiet and a great place for first timers."

This is a lovely property and have stayed before, kids love it when they came last time, great pool area, shame about the beach erosion-area, but it has happened in Australia as well. Very quiet end of Kuta and great for first timers with kids.

Nothing to dislike, good rates, good food and reasonable prices.

Very clean, including room bathroom. Spacious room with balcony. Good vibe at pool. Plenty lounges. Clean. Good value hotel. Handy location to airport. Good variety for breakfast. Eggs cooked was great. Able to order coffee.

Cocktails were ok but could be improved, especially the house speciality ones.

Everything about our stay was fantastic. The staff were absolutely lovely, welcoming, and always happy to help. The resort offers great value for money, and the location was perfect—close to the airport while still feeling like a relaxing holiday destination. We were travelling as a family group of 9, and the resort accommodated us comfortably. The breakfast buffet was a huge hit with everyone, with plenty of variety and delicious options each morning.

Nothing at all. Our stay exceeded expectations, and we genuinely couldn't fault the property or service.
