"Disaster"

Just the location.

Breakfast option for vegetarian people. Even after request they didn't made anything for us. Room condition was horrible,carpet was totally worn out could see the floor. Very very very old carpet, thank god we just booked for a night. No hand shower in bathroom, very difficult to bath small kids.

"It was so convenient to stay close to the CBD as we had a contest at the Michael Fowler Centre"

The room was extremely tired. The shower was very poor with a pretty low standard shower curtain

"Excellent hotel, great value, would book again."

The room was very nice and the bed was comfortable. We liked that there was a fridge and coffee maker. The staff was super friendly and really helpful. The location is excellent.

Parking can be tricky but we lucked into a spot on the street nearby because we arrived around midnight on a Sunday.

"Disappointing."

The light switch was a health and safety hazard - it wouldn’t turn on properly, and it sparked a couple of times. The cleaning staff barged into my room before 9am without knocking on Wednesday morning. The bathroom also smelled quite gassy initially. It wasn’t my best experience of the Mercure.
