Bed was very comfortable, room was clean and tidy, the location of the Hotel was perfect as my daughter was just up the road, staff were very helpful and friendly.

My room was on a busy main road and the noise was very loud and kept me awake late at night and woke me very early in the morning.

Staff were friendly and helpful when I had trouble with the heater in the room. Location was great and within walking distance to Cuba St and shopping district.

Air cond unit was not very warm. Also very basic TV..only free to air channels. It’s not a smart TV so I couldn’t even connect to cast to the TV.
