Reception lady was lovely and welcoming and helpful. Good location.

The room smelt musty, stains on the carpet, needed an extra blanket on the bed as it was cold. The floor was dirty in the bathroom.

You could make it a bit clearer and smoother like this: Issues sorting the Wi-Fi on the TV. I was informed via chat that reception was available 24 hours, but when I went down at night for a request, there was no receptionist available. The parking shutter also only opens when the receptionist activates it from inside, which became an issue when we returned late and no one opened it. We had to call multiple times and wait quite a while before someone answered.

A tad tired in places, but overall, actually it's a well placed and clean hotel. I recommend, will be returning.

The location

There was a leakage which grew during the 2 nights. We told staff and they were aware of it. My husband went through untold pairs of socks as each time he got out of bed his socks got soaked. We were on the 7th floor.
