Motel 6-Warner Robins, GA

Everything! I booked a suite when I got to the “night window” so welcoming! The lady said all they had was a double and she didn’t give me a refund for the difference, then tells me I need to give a 40 deposit in “cash” who carries cash anymore? Also she has to check the room before I can get it back. We walk in room there was bugs running around tub was all chipped up no hotel essentials. It was one of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed at and I still want the difference in the room price!

The staff and the room didn't have comforter or blankets on bed a room for four only had one set of towels and they only give out one roll of toilet paper and when ask they say room service is Monday and Thursday so if not those day you get no room service and the worker be talking about they got to get out of there hotel if its pass eleven o'clock they start knocking on doors at ten fifteen and they walk in the room on you not even saying they coming in never will stay at that motel6 again worst experience from a motel6 and I been staying at motel6 for years from Florida back to Georgia

I liked that it was close to a lot of things

It was some kind of bugs on the bed that bit me while I was. Woke up with large, red, itchy bumps all over my body.

Very basic room, but it was spotlessly clean. No bed bugs. Mattresses are enclosed in a full cover. Mattress was very firm, but comfy. Pillows were great. Now, the rooms are old and there are cracked tiles in the bathroom, layers of paint over layers of paint, and chips and dents in things, but for the price and purpose of just need a place to sleep for a few hours, I could over look that. It’s just a shame about the noise!

My room (120) was 20 feet away from the event room where a party was taking place. The music was excessively loud. Every time the party goers opened the rear door to go out for a smoke, it was even louder. It was BOOM BOOM BOOM. I needed the room from 9pm until 5am as we were checking out early to go to a speed skate competition nearby. I called reception at 9:30 about the music and was told it should be done by 11. It was still going after midnight. I walked to reception and asked how long the noise was going to go on for and she didn’t know. She got the maintenance man who went round and asked them to turn the music down, but you could still hear it. Eventually it stopped at 1am, but I had a terrible Conor inducing migraine by then. I stayed here earlier in the year in rm 103 and it was fine. I guess there was no event that day. I will NEVER stay here again when we come for competitions because we can’t risk not getting sleep. My child, who was racing, was tired and grumpy all day and I struggled staying awake on the drive home.

Whenever I ask for a refund the lady at the front told me to come and fight her very unprofessional
