Extended Stay America Suites - Boston - Waltham - 32 4th Ave

When I got there, someone else was trying to check into his room. They told him they had overbooked and did not have a room for him. So, when I tried to check in, they told me the same thing. I don't think I will use Orbitz anymore to book hotel rooms.

Check-Inn sollte um 15 h starten, Mitarbeiter mussten erstmal prüfen welche Zimmer zur Verfügung stehen und ließ die Wartenden nochmal 20 Minuten stehen, Schlange wurde immer länger. Auf Nachfrage nach Toiletten wurden wir an den Imbiss in 200 m Entfernung verwiesen. Zimmer unzureichend gereinigt. Es stellte sich heraus, dass der Fön defekt ist. Trotz mehrfacher Nachfrage kein Ersatz. Frühstück war am Morgen gegen 8:30 h nicht vorhanden. Kaffee leer, Gebäck nicht vorhanden. Insgesamt ist es eine Frechheit das Angebot als Frühstück zu bewerben.

It was almost nothing for breakfast except coffee and cookies on Saturday and an addition was muffin on Sunday. There is a breakfast area marked to pick up but it was nothing there. There was only small stand with coffee across service desk.

Room was set up for renovation and letter that we did not pay attention to initially stated that people from this room suppose to repack and relocate to another room . This letter dated on 9/24/25

The room was dirty and nothing like the “apartment-style” they advertised — not even a disposable cup. We requested a coffee maker and waited three days, but it never came. Breakfast is just two thermoses of coffee and a few muffins that run out in minutes — very misleading. It seems that some long-term residents are living in the building, and the smell of food being cooked in the rooms often spread through the hallways, creating an unpleasant and uncomfortable atmosphere. Overall, the environment didn’t feel very safe. For the price, this place is absolutely not worth it. I would not recommend it.

Terrible

The check took almost an hour and I was only the 5th person in line. It was well pass the check in time. Rooms were not ready. The room was clean but very outdated and in poor condition. The area was great and safe. Staff was friendly but overwhelmed and not good at communicating.

Breakfast is a joke. Does not even qualify as a snack. Check in was a nightmare; delays due to incompetence and broken equipment. The place is under renovation, so it is dusty, dirty and almost unsafe. The vending machine did not release my product, and the front desk would not take responsibility. Overall... never to stay there again!!!
