Lamentable situación! Al llegar de viaje desde España a Boston fuimos a este hotel. Teníamos la reserva confirmada desde hacía meses. Llegamos a las 23:30 de la noche después de un viaje largo y el individuo de recepción nos dice que nuestra reserva le consta pero no tenemos habitación porque está todo lleno. Inexplicable situación…. Por si fuera poco, no tuvo ni la menor intención de ayudarnos a solucionar el problema. No había habitación y no se dignó a intentar solventar el problema de ninguna manera. Tuvimos que buscar otro hotel, conducir otra media hora más y pagar una estancia mucho más cara. Experiencia para olvidar.
