BWs are hit or miss sometimes. I have stayed at some great and some not so great. This Downtown Knoxville location is not downtown imo, it is close, but you are not walking to your meeting. The bed and bedding was very comfortable, the light shades worked great and I slept very well. The room was quiet even though the hotel was full. I was a bit concerned about parking, I arrived at 1AM, long drive from the midwest, and found parking. I had no issues during my stay. Staff was friendly and helpful. I stayed 3 nights. I found the room a decent size, decor a bit dated but the place was clean and fully functional. The breakfast was basic, waffle and cereal. I do feel an easy improvement would include hard boiled egg, maybe I missed them. Not much for gluten free options, but it was enough for me, I was not on vacation.

The breakfast was fine, and the server was terrific. The bed was comfortable. The room smelled of mildew, probably because the air filter needed changing. Our room key needed to be changed out three times in our five day stay because it wouldn't work.

The area was not nice and the hotel was old and run down. The size of the room was good and the bed was comfortable. The hotel did not smell good when we walked in.

The hotel looks nothing like what you see in the pictures. Its is very out-dated. There was also a strange smell in our room.

Great resort for kids. Main areas are new and updated looking. Rooms were out of date with old run down flooring... Kinda smelled. Best Western hotel rooms felt luxury compared to these rooms . For a resort a not worth the money.
