Great location, friendly host, very clean

Parking was far a way, no breakfast. Facility is kept at minimum with towels, heating, tea. No coffee

"A beautiful place to stay with a stunning view."

The host of the property were excellent prior to arriving and during my stay. Franca was very welcoming when we arrived. She showed us the apartment and went through the map of Assisi with us. Michele was brilliant and just a WhatsApp message away if you needed any help. The room and the view were just excellent. Fresh and clean, very modern and had everything you needed for your stay. The location is great, a short walk to the bus station and to the main square. The bus stop is just up the road as well if you need public transport to get around Assisi.

The staff was incredible helpful on all points. The place is immaculate, bright, clean and with the most beautiful view you can expect at the location.

The view, the ambiance, the hosts and the room. It was a real pleasure to spend a couple days at this location.
