Best Western Troy Hotel

OK for an older property. Musty smell when first entering the room, but it disappeared after the AC was turned on. Everything worked, and call to the Front Desk for clean towels was handled quickly. Ice machine on the second floor had no Ice, and the third floor machine was out of order. Luckily, the first floor had ice. Room was generally clean, sheets and pillows were OK. Good value for the price.

It was a nice stay.

The infrastructure is beginning to look a little tired. Dingy white towels, peeling paint, curtains need updating and bed felt like a waterbed instead of firm.

No hot water for shower. General maintenance to the building is necessary.

Smoker's paradise! Dated Best Western that reeks of cigarette smoke from the moment the elevator is opened. Cigarette Burns throughout the room. Room had the overpowering smell of bed bug spray

It appeared clean and the beds were comfy.

The Best Western in Troy is a good, clean, reliable hotel. No complaints!

Overall our stay was amazung friedly staff and clean room bed was comfortable
