Best Western Troy Hotel

Honestly it was a good room for the price. Just very warm. The AC was struggling to keep up.

Dirty and smells like a dirty backstreet in Deli, India. Poor maintenance and in desperate need of repair. Towels so thin and old that you could see through them. Avoid this BestWestern!!!

Nice hotel. Updated but some of the electrical outlets didn’t work and some light bulbs were missing.

Parking lot was a mess.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Property needs serious update. Breakfast was disappointing. Sausage biscuits and gravy every morning for our five day stay. Gallon jug of milk and tiny containers of yogurt and some apples. They had taken a loaf of bread and individually wrapped two slices for toast.

I booked this property due to good reviews and price. We arrived and check in was slow. We asked for directions around the area and the front desk attendant was clueless and told us to use google maps. The room smells, the air conditioner is Leaking water into the carpet by the bed. The bathroom is dirty, the tub is dripping water and tub is dirty. Very unsatisfied. Rundown.

Desk stag was very accommodating to my mobility impaired spouse.
