Boa localização, perto do parque Beto Carreiro.

Local muito barulhento, entrada do quarto com degraus desproporcionais, se não ficar atento pode se acidentar. Degraus dentro do quarto para entrar no banheiro, ridículo e perigoso. Volta mal cheiro do banheiro, parece esgoto.
