Clean neat value for money . Staff was polite snd friendly.

There is a bar and pool play area play some music to give it a vibe and holiday atmosphere…I understand quiet and peaceful but your entertainment area should have some soft music for great vibe 😊

Staff very friendly and accommodating. Cleaning of rooms was done without us even seeing the staff and done very well. All info was shared in most cases before we even asked....I.e. Great communication

No buffet breakfast on the Saturday, which I understand with so few guests.

The 3Km gravel road, especially after the rain and perhaps the curtains in room 16.Need some attention....

The bedrooms are very spacious as well as bathrooms. Bed very uncomfortable! SOME of the staff were friendly until they knew I wasn’t too happy. The spa is so worth while and highly recommended by all 4 of us! Rose was amazing. They did sort out a pillow exchange very quickly which was done without a problem - unfortunately that’s it!

The pricing is exorbitant from food to drinks and outrages! While I know you need to make money ripping people off is a disgrace. The entire property needs serious maintenance and in fact I hurt myself with a loose slat. Games room can be made so nicely but just no effort. Nothing much to do , if that’s your scene. Says no children under 11 but there was a maybe 2 year old there?? Dining hall awful, cold, full of spider webs, cracked ceilings etc. Food not worth the price and to pre-order dinner in the morning is crazy! They offer WiFi, but this doesn’t work so be aware. Property has so much potential but just neglected and overly priced! I mentioned 3 times it was my daughter’s birthday, a little gesture of writing on plate or something would have been nice. At the “games room” we ordered drinks from the bar and it came across as they couldn’t be bothered , it was a mission and apparently only 2 staff members working - yet it wasn’t busy. Very very disappointed.
