No WiFi in rooms and bright display phone in room

The tranquil and beautiful setting against the koppies of the Magaliesburg The comfortable and large bed. The lovely walks that one could do. The Friendly and Attentive Staff who listened to ones little requests and suggestions. Clean large pool - I swam 40 laps each morning before breakfast.

The roof leaked. The electricity went off at least 20 times during our 8 day stay. The DSTY also stopped working on 3 occasions and does not have the full suite of channels. Infrastructural repairs need to be prioritized by owners and management upgrades and repairs need to be done on the chalets (Roof and outside decks). Working Solar Inverters and Backup power needs to be prioritized by the owner and management This 3.5 Star venue can be a 5 Star venue if the attention to detail and upgrades and repairs are carried out.

The gardens/ surrounding nature, pool, food and welcoming staff

The roads to the place, day visitors around the pool and the “games” room. (Very outdated)

Cabin and pool and staff service was exceptional and excellent. We want to compliment Elias and Israel on their amazing client service and going the extra mile for us, thank you so much.

Breakfast was excellent but the dinner was average as some of the meat tasted old. The vegetables, potatoes, salad and dessert were excellent. The WiFi & TV did not work the entire time we were there. You need to upgrade the entertainment area, the pool table, dart board and put a table tennis up in the area and then you are “A” to go.

It really is a "hidden gem". Exceptional service from staff, you feel right at home!

Stunning

Beautiful gardens

Peaceful and secluded in a natural setting. The house had everything we needed, was clean, comfortable and had fantastic views. The staff were all very friendly and accommodating.

It could do with a dishwasher, but other than that everything was nice
