Whispering Pines Country Estate

A little bit older and less modern property but large comfy bedroom and bathroom. Bedroom had lovely fireplace and pretty deck amongst big trees and greenery. Very clean (crisp, white linen) and excellent service from the manager & other staff - everyone SO friendly and happy to accommodate! Best dinners we’ve eaten out in a while.. excellent chef!! We stayed 2 x nights and both night’s dinners were 10/10! Beautiful pool and gardens

The bathroom opening onto the bedroom lacked privacy but thats just our personal preference. The dining-room area needs an upgrade but the staff are wonderful!

Fantastic service - staff are always friendly and go out of their way to do their best. The beds are comfortable and the wood in the fireplace for cool rainy evenings was a lovely touch! Nice to have a bath in the bathroom and products like soap, shampoo etc were replenished. The lady at the spa was excellent - do book yourself a massage!

The road into Whispering Pines is a dirt road and unfortunately there was incessant heavy rain so it was very bad in parts

The staff were extremely professional a guy by the name of Israel assisted us and he is world class when he comes to service i don't normally do reviews because if poor service. But this guy was a cut above the rest.

The weather was rainy but that is not something that can be controlled. The breakfast superb dinner was ok. The food was great but we all have our different taste options

The staff especially Tshepo gave excellent service

The dinner manu was limited and the food not nice

The beauty and the silence was really something special.

The place needs some real proper maintenance and a decor update.

Breakfast was good and the location good.

The road to the venue was not the best and the TV in our room kept glitching.

The reception was quick to respond and help .

There is not much to do there .

It was raining and the road towards the property especially 100m from the gate is horrible. We were driving a low suspension car and almost turned around because the mud/ gravel was really bad because of the rain.
