Phuket Orchid Resort and Spa

This is my first time to come here. I love Phuket Orchid Resort and Spa!! My children love the swimming pool and the water slide, this hotel near by the beach and just walk to 2-3 minutes. Many staff they so kind, friendly and very helpful, especially receptionist name Lilly and Patty. Next year I will be come back here. Thank you for your service and for everything.

Our stay was great, friendly staff and a lovely resort. Thexresort is a bit tired and needs a refresh but all still functional. The housecleaning staff sometimes forgot rmto replace consumables such as tea, coffee, milk and toilet paper. The bars and staff were great but the cocktail list needs to be rotated, after a few days they git a bit boring. The location is in the quieter end but tuk tuks are always available or everything is a nice walk away.

This is my second time visiting Phuket. The first time I came by cruise ship, so I didn’t have the chance to stay overnight. This time, I made a point of coming here, and I chose this hotel because of the many great reviews. I stayed here for 4 nights and 5 days, and every single day was filled with happiness and wonderful experiences. I knew right away that I had made the right choice staying here. Service: 10/10 Every staff member was polite and dedicated to providing excellent service. Cleanliness: The room was spotless, and housekeeping cleaned our room every day. Breakfast: A wide variety of options available. Breakfast is served from 06:00–10:00. I recommend going between 06:00–08:00 when it’s not too crowded. Facilities: The bathroom comes with a bidet spray, which is essential for our family, and toothbrushes with toothpaste were provided. It’s just a small pity that there was no comb. Convenience: Extremely convenient. There’s a 7-11, restaurants and Karon Beach is just a short walk away ***no need to call a Grab. Special thanks to Lilly, who played a big part in making our family trip such a wonderful experience.

The only good thing was the pool and the slide, which made the stay a bit memorable, but beyond that, everything else was a letdown. Cleanliness: Housekeeping did not properly clean the room, and during my entire stay, the bed sheets were never changed. They also never cleaned or replaced the coffee cups—just rinsed them with water and left them in the bathroom instead of returning them properly. This felt unhygienic and careless. Room condition: Every time I entered the room, there was a constant unpleasant smell that made the stay even more uncomfortable. Service: I requested an iron, and instead of providing one to my room, reception told me to go iron my clothes by myself in the reception area. That is not the level of service I expected. Breakfast: The breakfast was very poor, with limited options and not much variety..

I stay in the hotel everything is fine until I lost my telephone I was so worried but the nice staff called Toon have found my phone and bring it to the reception Kaimook Lilly Netty and Melanie was so nice to bring it back to me, Phuket is very safe to travelling

The Orchid resort was fantastic my family and friends had a wonderful time. Special mentions for server Supit, server Ao, server Krisada, coffee Queen Mam and security guy didnt get your name but keep that smile it's wonderful.

We are so glad we chose this hotel for our vacation – it was absolutely the right decision! I highly recommend Phuket Orchid Resort and Spa to anyone still deciding on where to stay, because this place will not disappoint. The staff are genuinely friendly, polite, and always ready to help. The rooms are clean, the resort is spacious, and the swimming pool is fantastic with giant slides that made us feel like we were at a water park >_<. One of the highlights for me was definitely the breakfast – there was such a wide variety of delicious options to choose from. The location is also unbeatable, just a short 1–2 minute walk to Karon Beach. Special thanks to Lilly and Melanie for the warm welcome and for making our stay so comfortable. We will definitely return here on our next trip to Phuket!

Very nice accommodation and friendly staff. Had a couple of nights here after three weeks in Thailand before heading home. Perfect for exploring areas around Patong. Shout out to Kaimook who went out of her way to make our stay amazing.

I would like to compliment the receptionist named Kaimook The hotel looks beautiful with a good sea view. The food is also of high quality. All the staff in the hotel provide very good service.
