"This hotel was a great experience for me and my family"

We stayed at this hotel with our family. Upon arrival, the staff were friendly and welcoming, especially the staff named Patty Lilly and Kaimook. They were very friendly and helpful. The bedroom was comfortable and suitable for families. The bed was soft. There was a big slider and 2 swimming pool that the kids loved. It was convenient to go shopping because it was close to 7-11 and very close to the sea, about a 2-3 minutes walk. I was very impressed and would definitely recommend and share this hotel with others.❤️❤️❤️

I loved our holidays in the Phuket Orchid &spa! It is lovely hotel with friendly staff! Especially I want to tell many thanks to M, Pop, Fit on reception for help, nice smiles and friendly attitude. My daughter lost her earring in the swimming pool and it was found and returned to us, it is really amazing! Thanks a lot for all! We will certainly come back and recommend the hotel to our friends)))

"Amazing pools"

The hotel have 3 swimming that are very amazing for me. The room was clean the house keeping they clean the room everyday. Staff Lilly Kaimook Netty and Gift very kind and polite. Highly recommended!

"Lovely family resort"

Spent a week here with family the resort is lovely heaps to do for adults and kids Rooms are spacious and comfortable . Staff are amazing and helpful and adore kids couldn’t fault any of them . So close to food outlets and market stalls. Keaw and Sami were super kind stuff especially with our grandson

"Excellent spot for a family holiday."

Location is great, lots of food options in the surrounding area but while also being nice and quiet. Very relaxed atmosphere which is nice considering there are a lot of families around. We stayed in a family room and it was spacious, air conditioner nice and cold - lots of room for the little one to play. Excellent value for money - would visit again. All the staff are extremely helpful and friendly. Shout out to Keaw and Sammy for always being so welcoming at breakfast each morning.
