"Lilly very kind ❤️"

We have a little problem with WiFi. We try to connect WiFi many times but but still cannot to connect. We came to reception and we met Lilly a girl who was there. She helped us connect the WiFi in a few minutes. Thanks so much Lilly 🥰

"Highly not recommended"

This is the most terrible hotel I have ever met. The facilities are super old, the room is not clean, the telephone is broken and no teeth brush provided. It is highly not recommended to choose this hotel.

This isy first time to come Phuket Orchid Resort and Spa. Thank you for receptionist named Patty and Kaimook. This hotel there are big water slide and swimming pools. It's very convenient because near by the Karon beach just walk 2-3 minutes. Next year my family will come back this hotel.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Phuket Orchid. Pools are very nice and clean. Staff are very friendly and helpful. We had a family room with bunkbeds and was perfect for us. Food and drinks were reasonably priced and breakfast had lots of choice. One of our children wasn't well during the trip and the cleaner Nan was very helpful. Made sure to check in with us and gave us plenty of water. Location was perfect too. Thank you Phuket Orchid Highly recommend for families with young children. Nan the cleaner and all the staff were amazing

I had an amazing stay at Orchid Hotel in Karon Beach, Phuket. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything I needed. My room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained throughout my stay. The location is perfect—just a short walk to the beach, restaurants, and shops. The hotel offers great value, a relaxing atmosphere, and excellent service. I highly recommend Orchid Hotel to anyone visiting Phuket. Five stars! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

"Bad wet bar."

Bad experience at the wet bar. Unfriendly staff. Poor communication and customer care skills. They expect you have cash on your swimsuit
