Lovely place and close to everything. Clean and spacious rooms and good flow in the shower. Room 6417 was perfectly located. This is a place for everyone and has 2 pools and 2 big waterslides for both kids and adults. Servers are very attentive and Mr Supit should get an award for making guests feel special and cared for. Ms Nan and Chu awesome cleaning ladies. Food prices are very reasonable. My second visit in a year.

The staff View,Sa,Sis,Monkey were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The location is convenient and close to many attractions. Overall, it was a great experience and I would recommend this hotel to others.

We had a lovely stay at this hotel, thanks largely to the excellent staff. Everyone made us feel genuinely welcome, always smiling, attentive, and ready to help with any requests or questions. We would especially like to commend Joh, M, and Lily, who were truly amazing throughout our stay. For couples considering this hotel, one thing worth highlighting is that it is a family-oriented property, particularly during the December season, when it is filled with families and children. Breakfast is included in the package; while it is decent and reasonable, it is not exceptional. The room itself was spacious, well-maintained, and clean. One small note , purely a personal preference is that the bed felt slightly too firm for us, while the pillows were a bit too soft. Of course, comfort preferences vary from person to person. Overall, the experience has been fantastic, largely due to the wonderful staff. Another highlight is the hotel’s convenient location: it’s within walking distance to the beach for beautiful sunset views, and there’s also a nearby 7-Eleven, which is always handy.
