Location is great with regards to the event center. Very clean.

There are comments that it needs upgraded. IMO replace the mattresses and it would be my go to hotel in Topeka.

"Very good value & clean"

Very good rates! We are pretty particular about where we stay and usually stay at Fairfield Inn or Hilton Garden Inn, but we were on our way to Kansas and needed a place quickly as we were tired. This place was clean comfortable and welcoming. We would stay again. The bathroom is huge! Good water pressure too.

There was nothing that bothered us. Maybe update curtains and furnishings and upgrade to hardwood flooring.
