Great location near shopping and restaurants. The staff were warm and hospitable. I was greeted several times by various team members with smiles and hellos. Lexi recognized my status at check in and was very thorough during check in. She was a joy to interact with!

We checked in on 9/12/25 in the evening. The two women at the “welcome” desk were super unwelcoming. Their faces said they hated their job and didn’t want to be there. After getting our room key we went to our room and like I always do I looked around before we unpacked and settled in. When I looked in the bathroom, the toilet had remnants of feces and urine in the bowl! How on earth could housekeeping not see that!!! There’s no way!!! Either the room wasn’t cleaned at all OR they were mad and decided to leave that there. We immediately went back down to the grumpy “welcome” desk attendants and let them know what we found. They quickly gave us a new room but no apology, no concern, nothing!!! Hilton properties are not what they used to be. Now it’s just a name slapped on a building.

The property is aging very fast, and looks like does not get upgraded as needed! The breakfast service is way shorts of staff! ,

I’m not sure how this hotel scored so well in reviews. It feels like I stayed at a completely different place. The building is seriously outdated. My room smelled musty and damp, and the hallway wallpaper was bubbling like it had gotten wet. Even worse, there is a bizarre ventilation system in the hallway that blasts air like a wind tunnel. The fan driving it is insanely loud, somewhere between a shop vac and a jet engine. Unfortunately, my room was right across from that fan with its constant whining noise, and it also backed up to an elevator. Yes, the hotel is in the Burlington Mall area, but it is not actually close or walkable to anywhere. Inside, they have tried to patch things up with some newer furniture and carpet, but it does not hide the cheap doors, thin walls, outdated bathrooms, tiny elevators, and popcorn ceilings with water stains. I was supposed to stay a week but checked out after one night. Save yourself the disappointment and skip this hotel.

Did a road trip to Boston so had a car. It was a great stay for me and my sister for 7 days. Lots of good food options within 20 minutes of the hotel.
