We enjoyed our stay here, the service was great and the room was clean.

Everything was fine. No surprises, room was 100%, clean, functional. Pool was great.

No breakfast included which I knew, hard water which they can't control.

I should've read the reviews before booking. Dirty, outdated, mouse traps in the eating area, cat that roams about, and a manager that doesn't respond to calls....but WILL respond to this negative review with a generic "oh I'm so sorry...thanks for the opportunity to improve". Buyer beware!!

HI, I'm never one to write up a complaint, but our stay at the hilton garden inn boston burlington was horrendous! This was our first 3 day weekend getaway alone as new parents without our child and our romantic weekend was ruined due to lack of service. Upon check-in, they said I could not have the room that I paid for (kig bed with a big shower). They said that we had to stay in the handicap room (without a big shower and the bed up against the wall without feet room on either side). We were out from 8:00am-11:30pm the next day and discovered our room never to have been cleaned that day. So I reached out to the front desk where they informed me that house keeping service runs only every OTHER day. This was not mentioned in the description. WEIRD, but I thought to myself okay... Again, we were gone for the whole day the following day only to come back to our room still not having been cleaned. After going to the front desk, they said we were in fact scheduled for housekeeping, but never got the service. Our DND sign was not on the door or anything. The lady at the front desk was very cold and said there was nothing that could be done. I asked to speak to a manager and only then did she offer us a complimentary breakfast. To which I responded I don't want breakfast, I want a clean room. She said it was impossible to make this happen. At breakfast the next morning, we were extremely disappointed because on the description it says buffet breakfast. This was not the case. When we got to the breakfast hall, there were about 10 people total. one family leaned over and said, hope you are not in a hurry, the service is terrible. We waited 30 minutes before seeing a waitress for water and coffee. Half the menu was not available to order and they brought us the wrong order TWICE. Not only did I have to clean my own room for 3 days, but the "compensation" was an absolute joke. We chose Hilton because of the reputable name but received AWFUL service.

Great experience at this hotel. We were traveling with a group of 30. The staff worked hard to ensure we had rooms close together. The rooms were clean and in good shape. Nice soap, shampoo, conditioner and lotion in the rooms. Sheets were soft and clean. Both beds in our room had three pillows, each a different firmness and filling material--easy to find something that works. The staff were the best part of the experience--Nilofar at the front desk was particularly great, and Demetra, assistant general manager, was so helpful and kind and was kind and respectful in her interactions with her staff. The staff running breakfast were working so hard to keep up with multiple large groups. Holly Bliss and Samanta Bermudez were very helpful with reserving room for a group dinner. Well done, Hilton Garden in Boston-Burlington!
