Allegro Agadir

I had a wonderful stay at Allegro Hotel Agadir. From arrival to departure, everything was smooth and comfortable. The hotel is clean, well-maintained, and has a very relaxing atmosphere. A special thanks to Mr Ayub, the luggage handler, who was extremely helpful, polite, and efficient from the moment I arrived. His professionalism really made a great first impression. I also want to appreciate the staff in the dining hall — the two young boys and two girls — who were always friendly, attentive, and welcoming. They worked hard to ensure everything was well organized and that guests were comfortable during meals. Overall, the service was excellent and the staff made the experience truly enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would be happy to return in the future.

Staff really well mannered and helpful. Location is perfect. Could do with more parasols, plenty of loungers and very clean hotel

Great hotel. Great location. Food was nice and drinks easy to get on all inclusive package. We would come again

Location is fantastic for this hotel, we visited for a much needed break on an all inclusive holiday with jet2 the Holiday was not 'a cheap getaway" so we expected a bit more than we got! We arrived around 7pm so the atmosphere was busy and pleasant as it was dinner time. We were shown to our room number 1148, the room was on the same level as the restaurant so this was handy as i have a spinal injury and have mobility issues, the rooms are spacious with a huge queen size bed, walk in shower clean towels daily. Cleanliness is a huge issue in this hotel i dont think the floors are mopped daily, as we had a huge cockroach greeting us in the bathroom! My husband squashed the big thing we bagged it took it to reception! They called a guy who came and sprayed the room, I was coughing like mad tge spray was disgusting! The next day I had an upset tummy and asked jet2 to sort us a different room. Round day 4 of a 10 day stay we were moved to room 1116 another great room, id broken a bracelet of blue beads and they were still on the floor a few days later, then I was sitting on the loo and yes you guessed it Cockroach number two! Unbelievable i do think its because they dont wash the floors! We complained but it was kinda on deaf ears! I contacted jet2 and we got a bottle of presecco we dont drink! I asked for a late checkout they agreed to give us 1 hour! So I said no, then they gave us 3 hours! Assuming this is our compensation for having Cockroaches in both rooms!¡ after showering and walking bare foot in the room hubby's feet were so dirty again!!! The buffet food at the hotel looks great but its all cold every day! Its more like a patisserie they have it totally wrong the bottled water is warm the meals are cold. The pool area is clean but around the edges near the metal rails its filthy! The sun beds are disgusting and need a good jet wash! The toilets by the lifeguard need condemning no locks only two ladies loo in use! The bins are all broken, it smells its un hygienic. Is it a 4 star? No more a 2 star sadly. Its a very pretty hotel the gardens are perfect the entertainment team are lovely. But its not clean, it has cockroaches and the food is cold. I would go to Morocco again but choose my hotel Wisley. The beach is a short walk out the back of the hotel with no access to drinks so take your own its 2DH to use the toilets at the beach and they are awful. All in all if i wasn't with the love of my life I would of got on the next plane home! We ate out mostly as the food was so bad. I am of Mediterranean origin and not fussy and not fazed by unknown food, but this was awful. Ice cream once a week? The sack bar is Pizza and chips a few pastries and some diced apples & grapes. If your going take a kettle your own tea and ask for a cup of milk at the bar. Enjoy. Sorry I cant be more positive. Its an honest review

Worst holiday stay Extremely disappointing stay from start to finish. My partner became ill within hours of arriving, and several other guests reported similar issues. We encountered rats in our room’s air conditioning, cockroaches in the room, poor cleanliness, broken facilities, and concerns about food hygiene. Despite raising these issues with staff, our concerns were largely dismissed. Having paid for an all-inclusive holiday, we ended up spending extra money eating elsewhere because we no longer felt comfortable eating at the hotel. Unfortunately, this was not the relaxing holiday we had expected

الإقامة في الفندق من السي في إقاماتي الفندق لم يكن بالمستوي الحسن الغرف صغيرة جدا يوم انتهاء وعند الساعه 12.03 م تم طرق الباب من قبل موظفة وإخباري بالمغادرة ؟؟؟ طرق الباب دون الأخذ باحترام النزيل ودون وجود طرق للتنبية مثل رسالة جوال أو اتصال هاتفي وكانهم يقولون أنت لا تعلم قانون الفندق ؟؟؟ الإفطار غير متنوع ومن الأشياء التي لم تعجبني ماكينة القهوة حيث أنهم يستخدمون حليب البودرة والنسكافيه ؟؟؟؟؟؟ كما شاهدت بعيني عندما فتحها الموظف العصاير تستخدم معها الماء لزيادة الكمية دون التركيز للطعم أو النتيجة النهائية ؟؟؟؟

Yousef from the bar is wonderful. Said from reception also great! Amazing & friendly staff, the rooms were very clean and nice. Good amenities and great location!
