​Personale e Risoluzione Problemi: Il vero fiore all'occhiello di questo hotel. Lo staff è super gentile e paziente, pronto a spiegarti la mappa della struttura anche più volte. Nota di merito assoluta per come hanno gestito un mio problema: a causa di un mio errore procedurale durante la prenotazione su Booking (un sistema che devo ancora capire e imparare bene), mi ero ritrovato con una doppia prenotazione per le stesse date. Dall'Italia non ero riuscito a contattarli per mail per chatt o anche per telefono , e nemmeno Booking ci era riuscito di persona, ma una volta arrivato in struttura il personale si è mostrato incredibilmente comprensivo e ha fatto in modo di cancellare la doppia prenotazione, risolvendo tutto a mio favore. ​Dotazione della camera: La stanza era dotata di tutto il necessario per la vacanza. Molto apprezzata la presenza del minifrigo e dei vari kit di cortesia sigillati (asciugamani, accappatoio, spazzolino, tagliaunghie e set con ago e filo).

Animazione e atmosfera: La struttura è molto vivace. C'è musica molto spesso dalla mattina alla sera e l'area piscina è il centro delle attività del team di animazione. È una soluzione ideale per famiglie con bambini o anziani, un po' meno consigliata se cercate una vacanza di totale e assoluto relax. ​Gestione degli accessi: Per entrare e uscire c'è una sbarra presidiata da una guardia. La sicurezza è ottima, ma la gestione potrebbe essere snellita poiché ogni volta bisogna essere autorizzati. Sempre per ragioni pratiche, viene applicato un braccialetto con bottone non sganciabile per tutta la permanenza; per chi non ama indossare accessori fissi (come bracciali o collane) può risultare un po' fastidioso. ​Manutenzione e Comfort: Durante la mia permanenza il manutentore si è occupato di verniciare le ringhiere proprio di fronte alle camere vista piscina. A causa del forte odore di vernice non è stato possibile aprire le porte della camera per un periodo. Inoltre, la notte ho patito un po' il freddo perché l'aria calda del condizionatore non funzionava. Si potrebbe considerare l'inclusione di un ulteriore dato, prevedendo un controllo più frequente sulle e-mail ricevute, con particolare attenzione a quelle provenienti dalla corrispondenza interna all'organizzazione.Non ho avuto ugualmente modo di parlare con loro tramite chat Booking.

J’ai beaucoup apprécié l’attention portée aux clients ainsi que l’accueil chaleureux de toute l’équipe, de la réception jusqu’au service des bagages. J’ai également aimé l’ambiance agréable au bord de la piscine. La restauration était variée, copieuse et de qualité, avec un large choix de plats qui permettait de découvrir chaque jour de nouvelles saveurs. Un grand merci à M. Oussama, toujours souriant, sympathique et serviable. Je n’oublie pas non plus l’attention et la bienveillance inconditionnelles de Mme Yousra, qui ont grandement contribué à rendre mon séjour encore plus agréable. Merci à toute l’équipe pour son professionnalisme, sa disponibilité et son dévouement.

Brilliant hotel, so welcoming their was an issue with the price as it was more on arrival than when I booked however they sorted it immediately, it was my daughters birthday when we arrived the arranged a lovely cake to be delivered to her. The staff are wonderful the grounds are lovely and maintained the rooms are comfortable and clean. It’s based in a great location and have sun beds on the beach for your access which is perfect we’ve stayed in Agadir many times but we loved this hotel

A brilliant holiday , the Allegros pulling point for us was its location , literally bang in the middle of all the places we wanted to see. A lovely private beach just over the road, the beach was soft & sandy and the sea - perfect! Now for the hotel - no grumbles about our room (2132) which we did face a building site but as we weren’t in the room much didn’t bother us, but as it’s going to be a children’s splash park we would probably ask for another room as the other half likes an afternoon snooze. The too. Itself was clean, plenty of hot water and towels, the bed firm but it suited us and the air con - fab! The pool area was a little too overcrowded for us, practically sitting on the person next to you, and while we were there , there were certainly a few people taking full use of the AI drinks as a couple of times it got a bit rowdy but the management team sorted it immediately The biggest drawback was the food. While you wouldn’t starve , it could of had a bit more TLC Brekkie- lovely omelette lady , plenty of fresh fruit, cereal, toast , croissants etc and some other weird concoctions Lunch - we had bread and cheese/ham mostly as we’re not but lunch eaters Dinners - again you wouldn’t starve but again weird concoctions and they were a bit tight with the meat We did however eat out most nights on the beach El Toro was fab and we ate there twice - 3 courses plus drinks about £35 Jade - Asian - again lovely food but full of Instagrammers taking pics of their food & posing- whatever floats your boat lol And there was an Italian in the same area- cannot remember the name but the pizza was lovely Bollywood - Indian restaurant as you walk into town - top notch It’s really cheap to eat out and you must visit the Souk - yes cash as they love to haggle and bring an empty bag as you don’t be dissapointed Overall 8/10 - weather good , hotel a good base with some improvements needed Would we book again. ? We would probably book B&B as it was so cheap to eat out , probably a Road but we will definitely return to Agadir, the people and place is lovely x
