Hotel was lovely but for me the animation team made this holiday for not just me but my whole family please can you tell all the animation team we will miss them all loads

The hotel started better then expected. Rooms clean and bigger then we expected location of room ideal for families. After this all went wrong. 1st night A/C DIDNT WORK. Complained to then find out several rooms in area weren't working. They just left it at that with no fix. Biggest problem was that out of about 30 staff we came across. Only 2 were friendly. Most rude and didn't help. Food area the staff did not set our tables till we asked about 5 times. Then they wouldn't give water bottle till we asked again and again. We ended up just eating out. That's how bad the service was. Even if the hotel 100 stars. It doesn't matter if staff rude and poor service. Not again.

We had an amazing stay here. The hotel staff welcome you like you’re their family. Nothing is too much for them. I can’t fault the hotel at all, this was the best holiday me and my family have ever had. In particular the animation and bar staff are incredible. Big mention to Yas the photographer, Emma from the kids club and Qasim (animation) and Dahar from the pool bar. All animation team were amazing though and make so much effort with the guests. We enjoyed the evening entertainment particularly. There was plenty of options for food and we never went hungry. The room was nice, and there was a good shower and comfy bed. The location was brilliant; and we loved visiting the private beach area. We loved the sports bar too and obviously spent a lot of time around the pool! Oh and the hotel has a garden of turtles 🐢 We will be returning! Love Beth, Mike and Ivy x

The animation team is very good — Abdellatif was very nice and always helpful. Was a really nice holiday

When we booked, this was advertised as a 4-star hotel, but it was later downgraded to a 3-star plus by Jet2 Holidays. Unfortunately, I don’t feel it even deserves that rating. The rooms are lovely and well-maintained, but much of the rest of the hotel appears tired and run down in places. The food is repetitive, and there were very limited options for children at dinner. Considering the hotel is marketed as family-friendly, I would have expected a wider range of child-friendly meals. I’ve also never stayed at an all-inclusive hotel that didn’t offer ice cream. The animation team is what made our stay enjoyable. They worked incredibly hard to keep guests entertained and created a great atmosphere throughout the holiday. Without them, I honestly don’t think we would have enjoyed our stay at all.
