The resort is beautiful, very clean, entertainment is brilliant, only problem we had was not much food available for children who are fussy eaters, my daughter only ate plain pasta for a week. Food is very repetitive. Abdul is fantastic and amazing ! Yas the photographer is brilliant and Emma is fantastic with the children.

Breakfast is the best and pool

This is the first negative review I have ever written, but unfortunately my experience with communication at this hotel leaves me no choice. There is a serious lack of communication, and at times it felt critical. I contacted the hotel twice by email using two different email addresses and received no response. I also called four times and nobody answered the phone. On two separate occasions I requested a new payment link, but this was never sent despite my requests. The hotel itself is nice. The food was great, the staff I interacted with were friendly, and overall the facilities were good. However, the communication was extremely poor and, because of that alone, I would not return. Management needs to address this issue urgently. A hotel cannot ignore emails and phone calls from guests. The communication standards need significant improvement. I was also disappointed on our last day when a receptionist named Halima, whom I had never dealt with during my stay, asked me to give a high-star rating and specifically include her name in my review. As this was the first time I had seen her, I found this unprofessional and inappropriate. It is a shame because the hotel has many positive qualities, but poor communication has overshadowed the entire experience. Current hotel manager who manage emails should be sacked and replaced asap or your hotel will see more bad reviews like this. Hotel was ok but would not recommend or come back as a result. And again its person who read,respond to emails is someone who needs to be replaced asap.
