The experience in overall was exceptional because of 3 reasons: 1. The staff made us feel welcome since the first minute we arrived and everyone was happy to help and make us feel on holidays, they all take ownership of their work 🙌🏽 2. The food was delicious and varied. 3. The bedroom was spacious and comfortable. Special kudos to the guest relations lady who works morning hours, your attitude and energy makes everything around you work better :-)

Just back from a week at this hotel. Room was fine, huge bed - though quite firm and uncomfortable - cleaned often enough. Towel situation was odd! Old ones taken in the morning and not replaced until hours later so couldn’t always shower! Food was ok, a bit repetitive at times so we ate out at restaurants between the hotel and the beach. The beach sun loungers are away from the hotel with no refreshment facilities which was a bit disappointing. All the staff were friendly and helpful.

Amazing hotel, the staff are all so friendly, especially the animation team.( Nina,Khalid,Youssef,Abdel dj and manager Mahdi) Completely faultless. Will definitely return

I genuinely don’t understand how this is considered a 4-star hotel. From the minute we arrived, it was already disappointing. There was hardly any welcome at reception, we were just handed police forms to fill in and received our key card in a careless way, ‘room is 1417.’ The last 4 or 5* hotels we have stayed in, they show you where your room is, or atleast tell you what floor it’s on and handle your luggage. but we were left to find it ourself and take our own luggage. The service doesn’t reflect the 4* or reviews! everytime we approached the front desk with an issue, it felt like they didn’t want to help, they barely even looked up at us. there were no irons available in rooms, only one shared iron and ironing board for everyone but even that barely worked properly and was rubbish quality. it was my birthday trip so i spent a while looking for a suitable hotel but i left with regret. the breakfast was also very poor, It was the same food every morning, many items weren’t labelled, and one morning the brioche was so undercooked that raw egg was literally leaking out of it. I mentioned it to a staff member, but as usual, it was shrugged off with no concern. I wish i had taken pictures but i was genuinely so annoyed and it was one thing after the next. I will not be staying at this hotel or recommend it to anyone. And if you are Muslim, you will be treated as second best, the irony. I know they will reply to this saying ‘we will send your comments to relevant departments’ because they don’t care anyway but if you want my honest opinion, stay elsewhere.
