Good Place, Clean and Quiet in the room.

Three non smoking rooms were booked well in advance. When we arrived at the hotel I had to sign that there would be no smoking. The two King size rooms were impermeated with cigar smoke. The bathroom in one of the rooms was filthy. In the rooms the pillows, if you can call them that looked like small pillowcases with batting inside - no consistency of a pillow. Three small size fake pillows. When we mentioned these things to the manager he thought these complaints were nothing. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

This hotel was basic, but clean

The location was close to our events. The room was clean.

The room smelled like smoke when we arrived. The room was outdated. The draperies have burn holes and the bathroom tub/shower wasn't dirty but just looked old and worn out. The blow-dryer was from 1970's I think, it did work though. The sheets barely fit the mattress; we were worried they would pop off during the night. The zipper mattress cover was stained on one side, yuck!

We were impressed with the friendliness of the staff and the cleanliness of the facilities. We will refreshed by the clean clear water er in the pool. The breakfast was adequate. I especially enjoyed the pancakes. We would consider staying there again.

Everything was clean and well kept. Francis at the front desk was welcoming and pleasant as was his staff.

The chair in the room had a hole in it.

Nice staff. Decent breakfast. Clean, comfortable room.

The $100 deposit to cover any potential damages that won’t be refunded for up to 7 days (and possibly never if they deem we damaged something). We are senior citizens traveling with teen grandkids.
