Ramada by Wyndham Edgewood Hotel & Conference Center

Everything was fine other than the fact i never got my security deposit back.

The pool was not open. There were several cracks in ceiling The toilet was broken and held together by caulking. I requested another blanket which I was denied...staff told me you only can have one blanket when I booked this hotel I wasn't told that you have to pay a 100$ deposit.

The beds are very comfortable. The staff was kind and courteous. When I return to Maryland I will definitely book here again. The price was very reasonable. The place was very clean. We had a wonderful time at the pool on the only day it didn't rain while we were there.

Excellent customer service and hospitality and well maintained hotel surroundings and rooms!

Breakfast was cool and probably the best part of the stay. It was clean and comfortable to sit and eat.

The tub was filthy and there were stains on the comforter and blankets.

I had booked thru Booking.com for two nights. I had an emergency that required me to leave after one night. Since i had booked a cancellable rate i was distressed when I was told that I had to pay for both nights anyway. I have been avoiding answering this survey because it is such a bad experience. I will probably avoid Ramadas and Booking.com in the future.

See above for my displeasure with the experience. It was not what i expected because i wasn’t getting some big break in price and felt i was due a refund. Didn’t understand the Ramada stance.

The hotel doesn't have the best outward appearance, but the water pressure was great, the air conditioner worked well and they had ice and a pool! All the things we needed for a kids sports weekend trip. Plus the location was great for where we needed to be!
