Excellent location practically round the corner from the hermitage and main cathedral, the roof top restaurant was super cosy with excellent quality food and relatively acceptable pricing, standard of hotel including staff interaction, cleanliness, breakfast quality and leisure facilities were exceptional would definitely recommend this hotel if staying in St Petersburg

Great location for the main tourist spots. Plenty of bars and restaurants within walking distance. Especially a craft beer cafe across the road! Had a great stay. I’d arranged for them to pick us up from the airport, as it was very early in the morning. Something I’d suggest if your flights are too. Arrived at the hotel and was allowed to check-in early, for no extra cost. We requested some extra coat hangers and power adaptors, which they happily obliged and promptly delivered them to our room. Breakfast was great, there was something for everyone’s tastes. We made use of the downstairs bar and room service for a late night snack, during our stay. Would definitely stay here again, and would recommend to friends and family!

We loved that the staff went out their way to find us a room well before check in. The concierge was very helpful too. The rooms are huge and nice and warm when it was freezing out.
