"Unclean, poor service, and reeks of cigarette. Lots of room for improvement. Poor value for money."

Good location with a mall nearby and 5-10 min drive to Old Town Semarang

- The entire hotel reeked of cigarettes, even on non-smoking floors. This includes the lobby, the halls, and even my bedroom and bed linen. - Cleanliness is barely passable: old towels with brown spots, dusty table tops. - Key cards failed to work every other day, and had to be reset with the concierge. - Unresponsive staff: No one picked up when I dialled for room service / front desk at 8-9am. Tried for a couple of mornings, then gave up. If you expect any sort of good service this is not it. - Considering the above, the price paid of SGD 85 / night was v poor.
