A unique experience and I would like to repeat it. The hotel in general is very good, very complete and with good facilities. The Citrus restaurant has an unbeatable atmosphere. The employees are very friendly with the customer, they make you feel at home, especially many thanks to Indah and Ale for their love and care. I would repeat it without a doubt. THANK YOU.

de locatie is centraal

We hebben voor 4 personen geboekt (2 volwassenen, 2 kids (van 9 en 12 jaar).We kwamen achter bij de kamer dat alles voor 2 personen (1 bed voor 2persoon, handdoeken enz)behalve ontbijt voor 4personen best raar. Bij inchecken werd niks gezegd over extra bedden. Meteen de receptie gebeld waar blijf onze extra bedden voor de kids na overleg kreeg we gratis 1 persoon bed voor de andere moet we extra betalen voor 300.000 rupiah per avond. Het is best vervelend omdat je voor 4 personen geboekt heeft en je krijgt niet alles wat je geboekt heeft. Slecht geïnformeerd.
