"Ridiculous "

As a guest at this 4 star hotel the parking should have been free but it was the opposite, I had to pay for 7 days parking ridiculous it is the very last time I stay at this hotel and will tell all my friends the reason why they should not stay at this hotel

Lovely hotel and central to everything you need. The staff were really helpful and lovey and nothing was too much trouble for them. The hotel was fully booked due to a couple of main events happening in Lisbon, but the hotel staff (while run off their feet) were professional, caring and attentive.

"Ok stay, congress/business trip hotel"

The hotel is clean and functional and have nothing to say about the service. However, I was expecting something different in terms decoration and charm but I might have created some wrong expectations due to the beautiful external mural of the hotel and the name "arts". This was one of the reasons I selected the hotel as I was curious to see the inside. Did not match the expectations, it was a normal hotel , functional for those attending congress or in business trips. There are some points that could be improved given that is rated as a 4 stars, the mattress and pillows are not very comfortable and rooms could have some basic kettle and complimentary tea and coffee. Rooms are not large. Breakfast was good

"Very good hotel"

I just spent one night over there. Therefore I have little to tell, but the location is awesome and the hotel is beautiful, the room is spacious and it is also very clean.
