"Modern hte"

Check-in was fast and easy. The room was great w a spectacular view of the Tagus River and the modern buildings located in this part of Lisbon. Not that close to airport or Alfama. Very comfortable beds. Fantastic brunch. Staff was accommodating but not warm and welcoming like in smaller hotels. Couldn’t get assistance w getting a cab at check out

Our experience with them front desk service person was not good at all - we were staying only one night ( already paid) we need a taxi - she won’t call one until we returned the room keys. The front desk person was the same one we did the checking

"Terrible hospitality "

The hotel was convenient for our one night stay. We arrived late and tired and just wanted to rest. We tried to have a bath but found that the hot water had a darkish brown color. It was late and we did not want to go thru the trouble of requesting a room change. I did take a picture of the water (and still have it) and showed it to the the hotel staff in the morning on our departure.

Used this hotel in transit to stay for an afternoon. Very clean, walking distance to Vasco Gama mall and Oriente station. Lots of restaurants nearby. Very comfortable bed, good WiFi, friendly staff.
