Parents or a legal guardian traveling with children under 18 years must present the child's birth certificate and an identity card with photo (passport, for example) at the check-in. For international travels to Brazil, if just one of the parents is traveling with the child, she/he must present – in addition to the child's certificate of birth and identity card with photo – a letter authorizing the trip signed by the other parent with a notarial certification of signature. In case the parents or the legal guardian, as applicable, cannot or are unwilling to give this authorization, a judicial authorization is required. People who intend to travel to Brazil with children must consult with the Brazilian consulate before traveling for more information. Pool access available from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM. One child 6 years old or younger stays free when occupying the parent or guardian's room, using existing bedding. Contactless check-out is available.

O Hotel está em reforma, muita poeira, acho que nesta situação deveriam avisar os clientes, me colocaram em um andar cheio de obras, poeira e cheiro forte de cola. Pedi para trocar e trocaram, mas é sempre um incomodo, deveria fechar o andar em reforma. Por outro lado o quarto é muito espaço.

"Madrugada estressante"

Por se tratar de um Flat, existem pessoas que também moram lá. Infelizmente meu quarto ficou ao lado de um morador que as 3:00 h da manha resolveu discutir ao telefone aos berros por mais de 40 minutos até eu levantar e bater na porta dele. Foi agressivo, me xingou e bateu a porta.

"Conforto para descanso PÉSSIMO devido a acústica"

A acústica dos quartos é péssima. Ouvia meus vizinhos de andar falando. Imagine então por estar em rota de pouso do aeroporto de congonhas. Dormir somente entre 23 e 06hs quando Congonhas está fechado.
