Parents or a legal guardian traveling with children under 18 years must present the child's birth certificate and an identity card with photo (passport, for example) at the check-in. For international travels to Brazil, if just one of the parents is traveling with the child, she/he must present – in addition to the child's certificate of birth and identity card with photo – a letter authorizing the trip signed by the other parent with a notarial certification of signature. In case the parents or the legal guardian, as applicable, cannot or are unwilling to give this authorization, a judicial authorization is required. People who intend to travel to Brazil with children must consult with the Brazilian consulate before traveling for more information. Pool access available from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM. One child 6 years old or younger stays free when occupying the parent or guardian's room, using existing bedding. Contactless check-out is available.

Quarto com cama boa e só, café razoável. Checkin somente após as 14 e ainda esperamos mais de 30 minutos. Localização excelente. Banheiro do quarto era um terrivel o pior que já fiquei em são paulo… Velho cheio de mofo, sujo que até pelos tinha. Ar condicionado extremamente sujo… Fotos em anexo

Check in rápido e ágil porém ao fazer o check in fui informado que o café da manhã iniciava às 6:30hs quando no site e no e-mail de confirmação mencionada as 6:00. Como saio cedo para treinar procuro hotéis com café cedo. No final acabei saindo em jejum por uma falha do hotel. Tv apesar de ter opções de canais a imagem era horrível. Do mais estadia foi tranquila. Hotel bem localizado apesar De ser rota para Congonhas… Mas é sabido. Quarto espaçoso e muito confirtavel
