"One night in upgraded room"

It's an upscale hotel but not at the high price. Very clean and comfortable.

There was $15 charge to park in the attached covered, multi-level garage. I made our reservation on Booking.com but it did not come through on their portal. Luckily, they had an upgraded room available for us and they gave it to us at the original price. The staff handled the situation very professionally.

"This is the best place to stay if you need to go to Saint Mary's Hospital."

We had to travel for last minute medical reasons. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. I was very thankful for the front desk staff. Even though, I did not sleep much, the beds were very comfortable.
