The location was great - bed was comfortable.

I wasn’t informed of the parking charge until I got to the hotel. Had to pay for breakfast which typically comes with staying at a hotel- and, no gluten free products.

"We had appointments at Mayo Clinic and this was the perfect place to stay. We need to return in a year for more appoint"

Close to restaurants and in a safe feeling part of Rochester. A lot of construction during our stay but that isn’t the fault of the hotel. They gave us an early check in which was extremely helpful! View from our room and little porch was awesome. Highly recommend the Saint or Red Cow for dining.

The property was beautiful. The carpet design although clean looked dirty. That’s my own design preference though.

Staff were friendly- the room was very damp- ceiling peeling, construction started about 7am Saturday morning- fan would not stay on so had to listen to it loudly- no bathroom fan so even more moisture added with 4 people showering. Wouldn’t choose this hotel again.
