Great food and service Atmosphere was amazing Seating area was clean and with great service Maribell was serving us and she was amazing

We had an excellent experience at this hotel. Nishal at the pool was so friendly and provided us with outstanding service. We also enjoyed great service at the lounge, during breakfast, and during check in. Everyone is so lovely and attentive. The rooms are very nice. The hotel is well located near the airport and the marina and was the perfect place to relax during the final two days of our vacation in Oman.

5⭐️ Family day! I love coming to the JW Marriott for the day with my young family. The facilities are beautiful and perfect for relaxing with our 2-year-old. The service is always excellent — every staff member including Nishal, Zeeshan and Nadeeka are friendly and attentive, always making us feel truly welcome. My son loves coming here and is always greeted by the team. The food is delicious with plenty of options, and everything is well-organised. They also have a great range of floaties and pool toys for little ones if needed. It’s a fantastic day out for families — highly recommend!

The food was really good and the the service was excellent by (Maribel), me and my wife really enjoyed the food it was our first experience here and it’s not the last we will come back for sure love it

Rajeev delivered exceptional service that exceeded our expectations. He approached us with a smile and took the time to understand our preferences, which led to the perfect steak recommendation. When it arrived, we were delighted by how scrumptious it was perfectly seasoned and cooked to our liking. Rajeev checked in at just the right moments, ensuring we had everything we needed without being intrusive. His dedication to service and the quality of the food created a truly enjoyable dining experience!!

I can’t thank Rajeev enough for the wonderful service he provided during our meal. He was attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable, making sure we were well taken care of. The steak was simply scrumptious, tender, juicy, and bursting with flavor, it was one of the best I’ve ever had. Rajeev’s meticulous attention to detail and genuine care for his guests made our evening truly special. I highly recommend the steakhouse thanks to his fantastic service!

Amazing experience. Wonderful hospitality. He makes the most amazing drinks - after lunch he created a fresh basil soft drink for which he used locally grown basil- best drink ever. Definitely recommend this experience.
