My overall experience at JW Marriott has been wonderful. The service is excellent, and the staff are incredibly kind, warm, and genuinely caring. What stood out the most was their creativity and attention to emotional well-being, on two occasions, after long workdays, I returned to my room to find thoughtful cards with self-compassion and grounding messages. It was such a beautiful and unexpected gesture that really lifted me up after stressful days. I also want to express my gratitude to the staff at The pink salt restaurant, the food is amazing, and the team there is patient, attentive, and always smiling. A special thank you to Rahman , today Despite my busy work schedule, he always checked in to see if I needed anything, bringing water or fresh juices, and ensuring I was comfortable at all times. Luxurious, beautiful hotel that sets the spirit soaring with its open vistas, high ceilings, and well-appointed facilities. And it’s the staff who make it feel comfortable and homely and not just a design statement. All go the extra mile for guests, with Ankit in housekeeping a real sweetheart.

We have just returned from our 4 night stay. It was a fabulously luxurious experience! All of the staff went out of their way to ensure we enjoyed our stay. We were initially concerned that we were far from the centre however the 2 day trips we did picked us up from the hotel and it was very easy to get taxi's so in the end it was fine. Many of the staff made a point of remembering our names and that my husband needed a gluten free diet. I would recommend this hotel for those travelling on business as well as leisure.

Butter Bun is one of my favorite places in Muscat. As Im frequently traveling for business meetings, it a must to dine there once or even twice during the visit. Gretchen and Maribel, and all the team members there are spectacular. It’s a pleasure to see them and chat during the visit. They are really kind and professional at same time.

Enjoy some great shisha and tea during my work trip. Nishal and ibrahim were very accommodating. Would definitely recommend

Amazing place with a delicious food and lively atmosphere. Ranveer was very professional and welcomed me nicely. I recommend this place if you want to chill out and have fun.
