Inn Hotel Macau

I had one great night in Macau.

Very nice hotel, clean, new, well maintained, good service, spacious and comfortable.

This hotel is an above average 3 star hotel. The staff are well trained and friendly. The rooms are big and comfortable. My only minor complaints would be there is no fruits at breakfast, and the shuttle bus to the airport is infrequent

My impression told me that after we stayed once a year in this hotel, everything is good to us but only noice sometimes people made when back from outside,talking too loud in the hall way waking me up in the middle of the sleep( one or two o'clock in the morning.

Reputation for massage even if you're checked in on the hotel, every taxi I've been knew the property for massage

Staff very helpful and responsive. Free upgrade to spacious suite. Love the bathtub. One improvement for the breakfast option is to have some fresh fruit!

Excellent Location. walking distance to the tourist area, super market and eateries are nearby. Staff are friendly. Dont bother about the breakfast, just go out get some food. Hotel provide free shuttle to their sister casino

My partner and I stayed for 2 nights in this hotel and we had a great stay. The location is good and the room is clean and comfy. But, most specially they have a very good customer service. They also provide a handyphone with mobile internet for free which you can use during your stay and which you can bring outside the hotel. Aside from their free breakfast, they also provide complimentary dinner to their sister company (Emperor's Hotel), I think.

1. Within 5 mins walk to Taipa old town. 2. Many Portugese, Macanese and Chinese restaurants nearby. 3. No pier/airport shuttle pickup but can easily take bus AP1 from Taipa pier and get off just opposite hotel in 6 stops. 4. Rooms moderate size with all things functional. 5. Outdoor swimming pool only opens summer time from May.

10/10 would stay again. Great price great location.
