The best hotel location in Taipa. Clean room and quiet, always have a nice view over the green ill So many choices at walking distance for dining, visiting, shopping. Friendly reception and staff. My place in Taipa

Breakfast choice is not enough

Nice hotel. Provided shuttle bus to Emporer Grand hotel.

It's okay. The service's reasonably good, the room's comfortable, the Wi-Fi is consistently reliable, and there's free continental breakfast. Wish it would have a direct shuttle bus to both Macau Ferry Terminal and Taipa Ferry Terminal though. Would suggest to alternate such a route with the overly frequent route to the related Grand Emperor Hotel (which is a very poor hotel in the other part of Macau, with service only catering to Mandarin speakers). It would be a tad unfair to compare Inn Hotel with that, so leaving it at 3 stars.

Very good hotel at prime location, spacious room well decorated, comfy bedding & complimentary smart phone for use. All main hotels like Venetian, MGM, Parisians, Wynn Palace are just a kilometre away. This place is also near from the Ferry Terminal. One Can take a bus AP1 & get down at CHUN YEUT, opposite side is the hotel for just 3 pataka. Unfortunately the swimming pool was not operational during our stay. Breakfast is bit poor & communication is real concern. Even staffs at reception hardly speaks English whereas in restaurant you have to use sign language & if you are lucky will get what you are looking for. Don't understand why Hotel can't hire at least one English speaking staffs as MACAU is tourist destination. Macau is city one should travel all around the tourist attractions by using the complimentary/free Shuttle bus rides offered by almost all famous hotels.

All staff at Inn Hotel were good, polite and helpful; however, a female staff (音译:鹃姐) at Grand Emperor's shuttle bus station was extremely rude. Would rate as 5 out of 5 if not because of that particular staff

Spacious rooms. Alot of eateries nearby & a 24hour supermarket. Walk 10-15minutes to Guan Ye street. Staff are professional & helpful.

The hotel are perfect place to relax. Futhermore, we have the room (302) with sky view at night. Water preassure in the room are great for body massage. It's spacious and about 10 to 15 mins walk or 2 bus stop to Shopping Area or Hotel's. Take bus to Grand Emperor Hotel and from here they have bus to the airport. Before we take the bus to airport we visited Ruin of St Paul's Gate - land mark in Macau and have lunch at one of the famous Black Pepper Duck.
