The staff was really friendly and helped with an issue I had with the room and moved me to a different room.

The water pressure in the sink was my only issue but it wasn’t really a big deal.

"Disappointing for the price paid"

The location

The listed amenities were not available. The swimming pool has been permanently closed by the local health department. There was an exposed and hot wire located on the floor beside the air conditioner. The sprinkler system in the room was covered up with a plastic bag. The west side door of the hotel wing, was blocked with a chair on the outside, preventing one from being able to escape in the event of a fire. Nor do the windows in the room open, also preventing one from escaping in the event of a fire.
