Location, staff helpful and friendly

Looks nice outside and modern. Pull in the landscape was poorly kept. Sign written on door was a clue, no public restroom. So after traveling, no relief right away. I booked in at a smelly lobby. Go towards the elevator and see a sign with arrow towards bathroom. Nope, couldn't find it. I went to my 3rd floor room. The toilet seat was loose and could be lifted up inches. Tub dirty. I went and changed rooms cause no maintenance was available. The new room, the toilet seat was loose but not as bad. So, I give up. Time for TV. No remote. The girl brought one up. Little later I realized it had no shower curtain. Young man brought one up and installed it. Towels were not cleanest with hair. The desk chair and furniture looked like it was from a yard sale. Bed had a metal skirt and popped as you move around on it. I looked up and the smoke detector was gone. The room had been repainted and the management really can't be wanting to have the place look real nice since the paint job had runs. The switch plates had paint on them because they were too lazy too remove them. My impression is they want quick easy money with a slum appearance inside. This is definitely not what you see on the web page. So if they had breakfast I wasn't about to try it. Who knows what the pool was like. Who ever owns this place, it really wouldn't take much to get the place into a state of which a person could say, this is nice. It was quiet and we slept well. It's a place for a night but not more or a vacation. I won't return and will pay a little more else where. I've stayed at worse but the conditions clearly give me the feeling that they just don't care.

"You COULD NOT pay me to stay here. The building was gross: stains, smells, etc. Photos dont match."

Nothing. The hotel smelled awful. The beds were nasty. The walls were paper-thin and we could hear the couple next to us arguing and throwing items. We spent approximately 30 mins in the room before we decided to leave. The man at the front desk (was polite) but didn't understand why I wanted to leave, couldn't give me a receipt, refused to give me a refund, or any sort of compensation. Then booking.com gave me $7 credit to my account to use at a later time. What a joke.

EVERYTHING! The furniture in the lobby was nasty and stained. The hotel smelled of mildew and mold. Paper-thin walls. Dirty /itchy beds. Dirty bathrooms. Nasty.

"Would absolutely never stay again."

Though it was more than what we needed and wanted to pay for, we did get a king size bed and the sheets appeared clean (though we bought and used sanitizer on them just in case, going by the lack of cleanliness everywhere else), the refrigerator actually worked well, and the room was large. We were thankful to have a place to lay our heads, but it's obvious why it was the only one not booked up.

Overpriced, the whole place smelled bad, there were bugs everywhere (dead and alive, so we bought our own bug spray to use around the room), there were mildew and mold spots on the ceilings, the smoke detector in our room was covered, the shower curtain was fabric and didn't even reach the bottom of the shower, the towels were definitely not clean (thankfully we had brought our own), you have to pay extra for breakfast if you want it (not that we did, considering the bugs absolutely everywhere including crawling around the community coffee pot), it just felt nasty to be there.

"Don't do it, would rather stay 50 miles away and travel"

It was close to town and right off the highway.

Last Resort, Dead roaches in all 3 rooms and live roaches in 2 of the rooms also mold growing on 1st floor ceiling. All rooms smell horrible and the owners are living in multiple room on the 2nd floor, kind of odd and weird.

"Filthy stained sheets, leaky toilet, musty smells, people loitering that live out of this hotel. Bad"

There are several low income individuals who live out of this hotel and who loiter around the parking lots and lobby due to the monthy rates being comparable to low income housing. The rooms we were given was not sanitary, with standing water from a leaking toilet, the sheets had large discolored stains, the room smelled musty and we did not end up staying. The staff refused a refund and I would not recommend anyone with any self dignity attempt to stay here.

Overall, this was once a very nice Motel but has seen better days. The room was large and clean but the toilet was broken and ran all night. Cabinet doors were broken and just signs everywhere of lack of maintenance. The room was inexpensive so I could let a few of these things slide. The man at the front desk (the only staff member I saw) was very pleasant and helpful. The bed was uncomfortable but the pillows were awful.

The pillows arere terrible. had a two queen room and each bed only had two pillows. Each pillow was the cheapest pillow you could imagine, no support, no comfort. Combining two pillows didn't even make one regular pillow. We finally gave up on trying to sleep and checked out about 4 hours earlier than we had planned. I should have thought to bring my own pillows but this is a really bad place to cut corners at a motel.
