Sleep Inn & Suites Springdale West

I would recommend this hotel to my families & friends but you should let customers know in advance that there will be a fee after you purchase you room online just in case they don’t have enough money on hand & the receptionist should politely hand the customer their money to their hand & not throw them on the desk. Everything, Everyone was wonderful.

We were in town for one night to watch a MiLB game and wanted something close to the stadium. This hotel was less than 10 minutes away! Rates were comparable to nearby hotels. Rooms very clean. Beds comfortable. We definitely will stay here again when in Springdale.

Breakfast was ok. We would have liked more choices.

Great location for us being very central in the little town, close to restaurants and shopping. I did sleep well in the bed and the showers were hot. I enjoyed the saltwater pool.

For starters the room when we first walked in was very muggy and damp smelling almost like sweaty feet. There was a very very dim light to light the way to the back of the room so we could turn on more lighting which did finally shed light on everything else... I am by far not someone who complains or is disgruntled by any means but this was also by far my worst experience. Maybe it was only this room but if so they should not be selling it until repairs are done. The ceiling had a very cheap repair running the full span in 2 places. Pieces of it were falling onto the floor it was so cheap. The a/c was moldy in the louvers, and if I may note I clean those A/C units in rooms for a living it's not that time consuming or hard. The wall paper was peeling off in several places "more than 5 places" in just the living room... in the bathroom there was no exhaust fan to remove excess moisture and the toilet fill valve definitely needed replaced, it would fill the toilet in spurts not a steady stream like it normally is supposed to work. The counter top in the bathroom was separating from the back splash from sagging. The wallpaper in the bathroom was "caked" in a few spots with miold and peeling off the walls. Due to all the mold we did not feel comfortable eating in our room or using the coffee machine. I would have pushed to move rooms but it was late at night when we finally arrived and we're very tired. The pool room was advertised as a heated pool but very much in our disappointment it was not. The ceiling paint was falling down and filling with moisture. Our room was 218 located just above the pool and steam room........ due to our disappointment with everything I have left this review. I do hope it will spark some initiative in cooperate to make some changes because others will not be as kind. Thank you for the stay but we should have a higher standards for 140 a night stays....

Sufficient enough room. Small breakfast. No instructions left for WiFi or property amenities.
