Location and price. Room clean.

Staff was very friendly both at check in and check out. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. Unfortunately the room I was assigned had a strong odor of chlorine bleach that I assume was used to clean the bathroom. Parts of the floor still had wet spots. The top hinge to room entry door was crooked and caused the door to bind at the top making it difficult to open and close it. The breakfast used to include biscuits and sausage gravy. I was a little disappointed that is no longer the case.

The location and it was easy to get to. The rooms were not as bad as some places I have been.

There was clearly a drink or some other substance spilled all over the wall and head board. There was visible water damage on the wall it fixed properly.

Staff was kind and helpful.

We got there and checked in. Once in the room we checked under the sheets on the bed and there was nasty looking stains all over the mattress. The floors were disgusting. Our daughter walked on them a couple times and her socks were black. We got to move rooms after filing a complaint. That room was slightly better. The bed was clean however the floor was still nasty and the TV did not work. The door lock in this room was coming out of the wall. The rooms are dated and not the best. We were billed for the original total cost then another bill came out of our account for more than the original total cost. When we called they were no help and told us they did not know.

Clean room, friendly staff, breakfast had no gluten free options which I must have, so we had to travel to the next town for breakfast. The 'mexican' food restaurant on the same grounds was not up to Texas standards, but most people would have been ok with it.

The bed was not the best, but the room was clean, enough towels etc.
