Lovely building with clean and comfortable room. Views from hot tub and restaurant are exceptional. Location is great - quiet and away from the busy down town. Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious.

"Quiet, relaxing, scenic"

My wife and I spent 5 nights while touring around and skiing at Lake Louise. Excellent location away from the bustle of downtown. King bed very comfortable, clean older hardwood floor, a simple and older hotel yet perfect for those looking for comfort over luxury. View out the window like nothing else in the downtown area. Woke one morn to snow and elk 20 feet outside the window. Hotel is above the freeway and far enough from the train tracks that noise is not an issue. Also, no window unit. Has AC and heating units up above, and this room was quieter than the Marriot in the Calgary airport in regards to fan noise from the heating and cooling units. Was a very relaxing stay - skiing half days meant no early morn rush. Staff very friendly.

"A sweet, cozy winter stay with an extraordinary view."

So beautiful and unique, with absolutely stunning views. The staff was also super lovely! Really appreciated being able to check out cramp-on shoe spikes from the front desk for our winter walk at Lake Louise! I would recommend having your own car, it was really nice of the staff to provide rides to and from town but it’s hard to explore anywhere that isn’t on the bus line (and this hotel isn’t) without a rental car. We ended up getting one halfway through our stay and enjoyed the freedom.

Super minor - the hot tub needed repair for a few days of our stay and we would’ve loved to use it more.
