Amazing view from the hit tub down the canyon. The smores were a great touch! Also beautiful view from the patio. Just outside of Banff. Need a car or shuttle to get downtown. Friendly staff

I had an wonderful stay at Juniper. The views are amazing and the staff is courteous. They have free shuttles to and from the Banff town center which is just a 5 minute drive from the hotel, which is convenient.

Did not go to the Bistro

TV didn’t work in first night, but was fixed next night. Room needed more lighting, and very noisy with folks above floor. Could hear them walking in their room and snoring!

Loved the location. Just 5 minutes from the hustle and bustle of town and the views were spectacular! The restaurant was a great value and the food was excellent! And did I mention the view!! Really the bomb was the amenities! No snow cleats no problem they have them for you! Need walking sticks? They have them! Boots or shoes wet they have a boot dryer for you! Staff was over the top nice! I would definitely stay here again!

The bed was a bit hard for our taste.
