The toilet clogged over nothing. When I went to the front desk and asked for a plunger, they didn't know where it was, told me another guest had asked for it and they couldn't find it, them sent me on my way. We were one of at least 2 guests that couldn't use the toilet for the rest of our stay and we checked out early.

Not much.

Ceiling falling down in shower. No chair, unpainted patches, bad hallway smell, loud talking in lobby all the time. Too many friends of clerks hanging out.

This used to be a nice hotel. However, I will never stay here again. The bathroom was dirty. There was no extra toilet paper and no tissues. I went out to the front desk to ask for extra towels and was told they didn’t have any. The front desk clerk said he would have to wash the ones I had and give them back to me. Then I try to go to bed and people are screaming at each other out in the hall and allowing their children run up and down the halls. Not to mention, once they realized I had a dog, they would tease her through the door. After having to listen to this until 2 in the morning, I finally called the front desk and told the guy if he didn’t take care of this situation, I would call the police. To top it off, I check out the following morning (I was booked for 2add’l days). The girl offers me a refund, however the manager won’t be in until 9. She states she will discuss with the manager and call me. At 11 am, I call the hotel and ask to speak to her. The guy says she has stepped out. I ask to speak with the manager, and guess who the manager is? She is! I say I will call back. I do so, and she is still out of the office. However, the guy states, they discussed my situation and I need to call Expedia for the refund. As the saying goes, you get what you pay for!

This place is an open market drug den. I had business in near by Webster. I was looking for a convenient place to sleep. I was greeted by four drug addicts in the parking lot. Strike one. I was met by a guy behind the counter that was clearly under the influence. I was forced, ironically, to sign a paper declaring my room to be smoke and drug free. Strike two. When I got to the room, through a maze of dark and menacing stairwells, the lights didn't work. There was a giant hole in the wall and the beds haven't been cleaned since George Bush was president. The toilet was continuously running. Strike three. I'm out of here. Zero stars.

This was a horrible hotel. The room was filthy. The floor was filthy. I opened the dresser drawers, and it was full of old food. It also had dirty used Q-tips that someone stuck inside of their ears and then placed them inside of the drawers along with the old crusty dirty food The sheets on the bed or full of crumbs hair in someone else’s body literally, this was a terrible stay. The hotel was not accommodating at all. I was also told that there would be complementary breakfast here. The orange juice is sitting inside of a container that looks like it’s used in the hospital to hold urine With a bowl of muffins sitting next to it. That’s what you call breakfast for the amount of money that I spent to stay here while I was working, this is horrible. I deserve a full refund. No one ever knocked on my door my entire stay to clean my room, which is ridiculous. I could keep going on and on this hotel should be shut down.

No elevators no cards to get you clothes and belongings inside they say free breakfast so not true they put out tiny bite-size muffins and I mean tiny they didn't have any sugar for creamer for coffee when I got in the room wallpaper was falling off I found two stink bugs under the beds were absolutely nothing but disgusting the text to the bathroom the nails were sticking out of it and I cut my foot hard to get the power on for the TV and the lights and the access cards to the doors were malfunctioning you had to slide it in and out eight or nine times

It was dirty and smelly! Look like a dump!

The bed was comfortable but many cosmetic things need fixing. Stains on towels, a hole in the bathroom behind the door. Breakfast just a muffin and coffee. Location was good for a brief stay.

The hotel was dirty and smelled horrible! It was completely sketchy.
