Fairly quiet, didn’t have any issues

The beds had a little bit of stains on the blankets and sheets, but other than that, it was fairly clean

No breakfast or coffee

WiFi bathroom and no chair

It was close to the mall that’s it

The first room we got had smoke holes all in the bedspreads and on the bed, the shower was dirty. Had black marks all on it. The second room we got was a little bit more cleaner, but we had no hot water and there was no hot air in the room and it’s winter time. I asked him about the hot water. He said that they didn’t have any. They shouldn’t have a hotel if they don’t have hot water. my mother and I left to go to get some groceries and when we came back, our key card did not work. Had to go back to the front so they could reactivate it.

The roaches was everywhere i killed them in every part of the room

The staff are mean the picture on line need to be updated cause it’s nothing like the room itself

The cleanliness of the room.

Having to pay extra after paying for my extension.
